Jey Uso Starts the Show, Ludwig Kaiser VS Sheamus
Monday Night Raw kicked off this week with “Main Event” Jey Uso as Jey talked about his crazy week which saw him lose his Intercontinental Championship and the fact that he reunited with his twin brother Jimmy Uso over at SmackDown! This is when Jimmy came out to thank Jey, and tell him that they need to work together in order to take down The “new” Bloodline, but Jey made it clear that if they reunite, it’s as The Usos, not as anyone’s sidekick! This is when The Bloodline arrived as The Tongans and Jacob Fatu tried to take out The Usos, but it was Jimmy and Jey who ultimately stood tall before Solo Sikoa called his men off! This was a better segment between these two, Jey had some really good points here!

The Judgment Day were hanging out backstage as Adam Pearce told Dominik Mysterio that the former World Heavyweight Champion he’s facing in the Main Event is none other than Damian Priest! Dom then said he had to go out alone because he didn’t feel like anyone believed in him before it was time for the first match of the night as Sheamus clashed with Ludwig Kaiser! This was a very hard-hitting match, but that wasn’t at all surprising! Sheamus and Kaiser work well together, and Ludwig certainly should be doing more than what he currently is. In the end, though, it was Sheamus who scored the win with a Brogue Kick!

Ivy Nile VS Zelina Vega, Seth “Freakin” Rollins Promo, The New Day VS The War Raiders VS The LWO: World Tag Team Championships Number 1 Contender’s Tournament Final
The Usos bumped into Sami Zayn backstage which is when Sami wanted to speak with Jey alone. Zayn questioned why Uso was just willing to go back to the Family so quickly, but Jey responded by saying “You don’t get it, cause you’re not Family!” This was not very Ucey! Anyway, Gunther cut a video promo calling himself the best Champion in all of WWE (he’s not wrong) before Ivy Nile went one-on-one with Zelina Vega. This was a pretty even match, Ivy used her power game to good effect, but Zelina used her agility and quickness to stay in the contest. In fact, Vega probably would’ve won with Code Red had it not been for the help of The Creed Brothers, and after American Made took out The LWO, Nile dropped Vega with her nice-looking new finishing move to seal the victory!

Jey Uso didn’t seem particually happy with himself for the way he spoke to Sami Zayn which is why Jimmy Uso said he’d go talk to him! Seth “Freakin” Rollins was then out next as The Visionary wanted to cut a promo on Bronson Reed. Seth said that whilst Bronson is a monster, people have forgotten just how dark he can be too, and he’s actually happy that that side of him has awoken again! This is when Bronson Reed appeared on the screen to say he’d promised Adam Pearce that they wouldn’t fight in the arena, and that’s exactly why he’s waiting for him in the Parking Lot! This then led to a big brawl between Rollins and Reed which saw Seth hit a crazy Stomp onto the top of a car bonnet, but The Big Aussie fought back and sent both men crashing through a pair of tables! This was another crazy brawl involving Bronson Reed, and they’re always so much fun!

R-Truth was chatting with Alpha Academy before The Miz tried to trick Truth into reuniting. However, this didn’t work as R-Truth slapped Miz before he said a funny line to Pete Dunne! It was then time to find out who the new Number 1 Contender’s for the WWE Tag Team Championships are as The New Day, The War Raiders, and The LWO collided! This was a good match, probably the best one on the entire show, I thought it flowed quite nicely, and it was very interesting to see the crowd starting to boo Xavier Woods! To be honest, The New Day really should’ve won this match, but Woods got too focused on proving a point to Rey Mysterio that it cost him dearly. However, it wasn’t Mysterio who won either as he was attacked by Chad Gable which opened up The War Raiders to hit their finisher for the win! I’d actually be quite happy to see Erik and Ivar win the World Tag Team Titles!

Damian Priest VS Dominik Mysterio
After Karrion Kross threatened The Miz, and we got a fascinating interaction between Sami Zayn and Solo Sikoa, it was Main Event time as Damian Priest took on Dominik Mysterio! This was an incredibly one-sided match as Damian beat up Dominik throughout, and it was pretty basic stuff. However, all of The Judgment Day (minus Finn Balor) then got involved and somehow, these distractions allowed Mysterio to steal a roll-up win! However, after the match, Priest just destroyed Dom as well as JD McDonagh and Carlito! I honestly didn’t get any of this, it didn’t really do anything for either guy, I’m honestly a bit confused with it all!
