My WrestleMania 41 Weekend Predictions

Well, we’re back with me once again trying to Predict a certain sport! This time I’m trying to Predict the WrestleMania 41 Weekend Card, which should be fun given how bad last year’s went!

NXT Stand and Deliver 2025

NXT Women’s North American Championship 6-Pack Challenge: Lash Legend VS Blair Davenport VS Kiana James VS Kelani Jordan VS Sol Ruca VS Thea Hail

We’re already starting with a multi-person match! So, I think Lash Legend will win the NXT Women’s North American Championship at some point, and knowing NXT, they will have at least one multi-person contest on Stand and Deliver which fits well for this Title! I feel confident with Kelani, Sol, and Thea here whilst I only think Kiana won’t be here if she’s fighting for the main Championship. The only person I’m slightly concerned with is Blair, but that’s only because she might appear on the Main Roster within the next 12 months.

Andre Chase VS Lexis King

I’m aware this is a weird one! My thought process here is Lexis King will still be on NXT in a year’s time, so I’d expect him to appear at Stand and Deliver. When it comes to his opponent, Andre Chase fits quite well here, and I also wouldn’t be surprised if this was Mr. Chase’s last appearance in NXT.

NXT Tag Team Championships: No Quarter Catch Crew VS Meta-Four VS OTM

I personally feel like the No Quarter Catch Crew would do well as the NXT Tag Team Championships, especially given their “Catch clause”. I also have a small feeling that Meta-Four could end up being Babyfaces this time next year, so they would slot in a well in a feud with the Heel Champions. The reason I’ve then added OTM in to make it a Triple Threat is because I feel like NXT would do that.

NXT North American Championship: Oba Femi VS Duke Hudson

I genuinely feel safe and confident saying that Oba Femi will still be the NXT North American Champion heading into Stand and Deliver next year. In terms of his opponent, I changed who I originally wrote (find out who that was later) and I’ve gone with Duke Hudson. The reason for this is because Duke is organically over with the NXT crowd, and I think he would work in this role. Riley Osbourne is also a decent shout, but I think that match happens earlier in the year (maybe Vengeance Day or Roadblock).

Jacy Jayne, Jazmyn Nyx, and Lola Vice VS Nikkita Lyons, Gigi Dolin, and Karmen Petrovic

I’ll be honest, this is very much my “need to get as many people on the card as possible” match. However, I could definitely see Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx still being a team this time next year, and Jacy also has a lot of history with Gigi. Also, Lola and Karmen are currently having a feud over “who kicks better” and that’s also sort of what Nikkita Lyons does. I don’t know, it’s just a bit of fun!

NXT Women’s Championship: Fallon Henley VS Cora Jade

Fallon Henley likes to call herself the “Top Shelf of NXT” and to be fair, she’s got a point! That’s why I think Fallon will become NXT Women’s Champion at some point during this year. Now, the reason I’ve picked Cora Jade as her opponent is simple; Jade will be the biggest name on NXT who hasn’t gotten called up. I also think Cora could stay on NXT even longer just simply due to all of the injuries she’s unfortunately suffered.

NXT Championship: Shawn Spears VS Je’Von Evans

I think the Main Event of NXT Stand and Deliver 2025 will be Shawn Spears VS Je’Von Evans for the NXT Championship. I do genuinely believe that Shawn Spears will win the NXT Title in the next 12 months, and I can also add that I actually originally had him to come into this match as the challenger (to Trick Williams). However, that’s been changed and that’s partly down to Je’Von Evans. So, I had Evans to take on (and probably defeat) Oba Femi, but given I watched Evans take on Ilja Dragunov last week, I just have a feeling he’s going straight to the top! I also think the “Youngest-Ever NXT Champion” has a nice ring to it!

WrestleMania 41

Night 1

Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match: Randy Orton VS AJ Styles VS Carmelo Hayes VS Drew McIntyre VS Ilja Dragunov VS LA Knight

I think Ladder Matches at WrestleMania are definitely back following this year’s Tag Team Titles one, so I’ve gone with the Intercontinental Championship as the belt being defended. I personally view the IC Title as the middle between the World and United States Title which is why Randy Orton winning it works. I’ve then added the likes of AJ Styles, Drew McIntyre, and LA Knight as I can’t leave them off WrestleMania whilst Carmelo Hayes and Ilja Dragunov definitely have enough time to make their case for a first Mania appearance.

Damage CTRL VS Bayley, Naomi, Natalya, and Roxanne Perez

In an attempt to put more people on the show (I’m talking about both me and Triple H), I can see there being a couple of multi-person matches over WrestleMania Weekend. For the women, I think Damage CTRL will still be a pairing this time next year, so it was just about finding their opponents. Bayley makes sense for obvious reasons (I also don’t see her being in the Title picture), Naomi also makes sense for the same reasoning, Natalya is a veteran name, and I’d expect Roxanne Perez to be a Babyface again this time next year, hence why I’ve put her in this position.

Charlotte Flair VS Jade Cargill

This feels to me anyway as the first marque match of WrestleMania 41. Charlotte Flair had to miss this year’s WrestleMania due to an unfortunate injury whilst Jade Cargill had a strong showing in only her second match in WWE. WWE likes spectacles, and Flair-Cargill is certainly that and more! There are two other women I could see these two facing, but I’m happy to go with this!

World Tag Team Championships: The New Day VS DIY VS The Bloodline VS The Usos

So when I originally drafted out these matches, I had both of the Tag Team Title matches to be Triple Threat’s. I think The New Day will win Tag Gold again, I think DIY will stick together for at least the next 12 months (this could be their last WrestleMania together though) whilst I had to put The Bloodline in there somewhere. However, there have been some changes in that group recently, and because of that, I’ve reunited The Usos to also appear in this match because why not?! There’s an argument that an Usos-Bloodline match could happen here, but I think that’ll happen earlier.

WWE Women’s Championship: Tiffany Stratton VS Becky Lynch

Out of all of my Predictions, I think this could be the one I feel most confident about (Top 3 anyway). I personally think/feel that Tiffany Stratton will win this year’s Money in the Bank Briefcase, and then hopefully turn it pink! Because of this, I see Tiffany cashing in on Bayley to win the WWE Women’s Championship, before she’ll enter WrestleMania as the Champion. In terms of her opponent, Becky Lynch made the most sense to me. One, they have big history in NXT. And two, Becky feels like the person who’s most likely to lose to Stratton here. Not saying she would, but I feel like The Man is more willing to put her opponent over rather than a Charlotte Flair (for example).

World Heavyweight Championship: Gunther VS Sami Zayn

You read that right, I think WWE could genuinely do Gunther-Sami Zayn 2 at WrestleMania next year! Firstly, I feel like Gunther is destined to become World Heavyweight Champion in the next 6 to 12 months, and I could see him going on another long and dominant reign. Now, the reason why I’ve gone Sami Zayn is simple; Sami consistently has big WrestleMania matches, and there’s an easy story to tell here as to why both men would want this match. So yeah, whilst a part of this Prediction might be based on pure hope, I don’t think this is a terrible shout at all!

Roman Reigns VS Seth “Freakin” Rollins

And in the Main Event of WrestleMania Saturday, I have two former Shield Brothers facing off with Roman Reigns taking on Seth “Freakin” Rollins. I don’t really know what else I need to say about this, simply look at their history and what happened in the Main Event of this year’s WrestleMania! I also don’t think Roman will be Champion again for a little bit, and I think the same about Seth. For the first time in a while, this is a dream (of mine) that stands a good chance of happening. And if you’re asking who the Babyface/Heel is, it simply doesn’t matter!

Night 2

Bianca Belair VS Rhea Ripley

And just like Charlotte Flair-Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair VS Rhea Ripley is a proper marque matchup! This was originally written before Rhea relinquished her Women’s World Championship last week, but I don’t think that changes anything because I can’t see either Rhea or Bianca being in the Title picture heading into Mania next year. Like I said earlier, you could maybe swap people around, but I’m happy with this one, especially given the history between The EST and MAMI.

The Judgment Day VS The LWO and R-Truth

Just like the women’s match on Saturday, I think we’ll get another 8-person Tag on Sunday. I’ll be honest, I think WWE will once again have Rey and Dominik Mysterio cross paths at Mania, which is why I’ve done The Judgment Day VS Rey, Andrade, and Dragon Lee. Now, R-Truth is also here because why not!?

United States Championship: Bron Breakker VS Kevin Owens VS Baron Corbin

I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that Bron Breakker will be the United States Champion (or some kind of Champion) by the end of 2024. Everything points that way anyway. In terms of his opponents, Kevin Owens jumped out straight away to me as he feels like a great opponent for Bron, especially on a stage as big as WrestleMania. Now, I’ve also thrown Baron Corbin in here because I think Baron has been really, really good on NXT since he returned and I think he’s another person that will earn his way onto the Mania card. Also, Corbin certainly knows Breakker well!

WWE Tag Team Championships: Pretty Deadly VS A-Town Down Under VS The Street Profits

Just like the World Tag Team Championships, I think we’ll have a multi-person match for the WWE Tag Team Championships, and whilst there may be some hope behind this, I think Pretty Deadly will walk in as the Champions! A-Town Down Under then make a lot of sense given Grayson Waller’s talking about having a WrestleMania streak, and The Street Profits are in here as the Babyface team (who would probably win, but I’d rather see Waller and Theory win again).

CM Punk VS Logan Paul

I’ve been really excited about this match for a while! CM Punk is aiming to win the Royal Rumble next year and Main Event WrestleMania, and I think Logan Paul will be the one to ruin that. You can get so much out of a Punk-Paul feud, and it would feel like a big deal because both guys are a big deal! It’s also an easy way to give CM Punk a win on his return to WrestleMania without needing him to win a World Title (he can do that next year).

Women’s World Championship: Liv Morgan VS Raquel Rodriguez

Whilst this was done before Rhea Ripley relinquished her Title, I was very confident that Liv Morgan would win the Women’s World Championship and would take the Title all the way to WrestleMania 41 (and potentially beyond). Now I’ve gone with Raquel Rodriguez as her opponent because I think Raquel will be back by then and she has a long history with Liv. Now, I originally had Rodriguez to be the Heel here, but given what’s happened on Raw recently, I think it could go either way (and it would probably work)!

Undisputed WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes VS The Rock

And in the Main Event of WrestleMania 41, I think Cody Rhodes will put his Undisputed WWE Championship on the line against The Rock. Cody Rhodes is WWE’s guy right now, and I don’t think that will change in the next 12 months. The Rock clearly shows that he’s still hungry and happy to be in WWE, he was superb on the run into Mania, and I think that’s why this match will happen. I will say that I don’t think Cody will be Champ for the whole year, I think he’ll get cashed in on, but I then expect The American Nightmare to win his Title back. The Rock can win the Rumble, he doesn’t need to, but I feel pretty confident with this Prediction!
