Women’s Royal Rumble
The 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble starts with the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions as Bianca Belair and Naomi came out at Number 1 and 2 respectively! Bianca and Naomi are hasty to fight each other in the early exchanges before the Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria enters the fold! Maxxine Dupri, Dakota Kai, and NXT’s Kelani Jordan all came out next and this led to the first elimination of the match as Maxxine was eliminated by Bianca Belair! Sonya Deville was out at Number 7, ahead of Iyo Sky before Shayna Baszler entered at Number 9! This then led to the second elimination of the match as Sonya was “surprisingly” eliminated by Kelani before Zoey Stark arrived meaning all 3 members of Pure Fusion Collective had already entered the fray! The next entrant was then a big one as Jordynne Grace made her debut as an official WWE Superstar, quickly going to work and eliminating Shayna Baszler! Alba Fyre entered at Number 12, followed by Bayley as we got a really cool moment between the three original members of Damage CTRL Blair Davenport came out at Number 14 as Blair was quickly trying to make a name of herself by eliminating some of the top stars in the field before, at the halfway stage of the Women’s Royal Rumble, Liv Morgan’s music hit as Liv came down and managed to eliminate Kelani Jordan!
Another NXT Superstar was out at 16 as Lash Legend arrived and pulled off an elimination of her own in the form of Alba Fyre whilst Jordynne Grace was able to get another elimination, this time on Zoey Stark! Just as these eliminations were happening, Raquel Rodriguez’s music hit as we got a great 3-way stare down between Raquel, Jordynne, and Lash! Blair Davenport again decided to try and take out the biggest threats, but this just led to her being dumped out of the ring by Rodriguez before Chelsea Green made her way down to the ring. However, Chelsea realised the threat that was inside the ring which is why the Women’s United States Champion waited for backup in Piper Niven, who just so happened to be Number 19! Chelsea used Piper almost as a shield for her to go through the likes of Legend and Grace before Green managed to dump out Dakota Kai! Number 20 was then a big entrant in the form of Jade Cargill, who stormed her way down to the ring and quickly eliminated Naomi! This stunned Belair who wasn’t sure what to think, but Cargill then got caught up with Lash Legend (before Jade eventually eliminated her)!
Number 21 saw the arrival of Candice LeRae before Michin arrived at 22! We then saw another elimination as Lyra Valkyria was able to get rid of Raquel Rodriguez, and that’s actually quite important because it meant that Liv Morgan’s backup had gone! Number 23 was reserved for Zelina Vega whilst Ivy Nile appeared at 24, going straight after the Women’s Intercontinental Champion! The dynamic of the Women’s Royal Rumble then changed at Number 25 as Nia Jax arrived and cleaned house, getting rid of Zelina, Ivy, and Piper whilst also saving Candice LeRae from elimination! When the NXT Women’s North American Champion Fallon Henley came out at Number 26, Nia managed to gain another elimination in the form of Jordynne Grace before Kiana James made her return at Number 27! Whilst this was going on, Jade Cargill went after Nia Jax, but we then got a shocking elimination where Jade was eliminated by Bianca Belair! Cargill was furious about this before Number 28 saw the arrival of “The Prodigy”, Roxanne Perez!
Roxanne Perez watched on as Candice LeRae tried and failed in her attempt to eliminate Bayley (as Bayley eliminated Candice) before Roxanne snook up from behind and managed to eliminate The Role Model in what was another big moment! It was then time for the return of The Queen as Charlotte Flair made her first in-ring appearance since December 2023 and got straight to work by eliminating both Michin and Kiana! The final entrant of the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble was then revealed to be none other than Becky Lynch who made her return to WWE to a ginormous pop as The Man came in and eliminated Fallon Henley! We then got a pretty huge elimination as Charlotte was able to eliminate Bianca Belair before Chelsea Green got eliminated thanks to Becky and Lyra working together! This is when we got a great stare-down between the two Irish competitors, but before we could get any sort of fighting, Liv Morgan snook up from behind and chucked the Women’s Intercontinental Champion out of the ring meaning we were down to 6!
The Final 6 of the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble came down to Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Liv Morgan, Nia Jax, Iyo Sky, and Roxanne Perez! Nia quickly bulldozed her way through the smaller competitors before we got a 3-way stare-down between Nia, Becky, and Charlotte! All 3 women went at each other, with Jax knocking down Flair, but Lynch was able to somehow lift Queen Nia over the top rope and out of the ring! However, Becky’s night was also then cut to an end as Liv got herself another elimination to the boos of the Indianapolis crowd! Morgan and Perez then tried to work together to take out Flair, but this didn’t work before The Queen was ultimately able to eliminate The Prodigy! Charlotte then turned around to an Iyo Sky dropkick before Sky reversed Liv’s attempt at ObLIVion by flipping her out of the ring meaning it was all down to Iyo Sky and Charlotte Flair! Both women went back and forth, with them both hanging on the apron, but in the end, a wicked strike from Iyo was enough to eliminate Charlotte meaning Iyo Sky is your 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble Winner, lasting all the way from Number 8!
Men’s Royal Rumble
The 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble starts off with a pair of Champions as the Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker enters at Number 1 whilst the TNA World Champion Joe Hendry comes out at Number 2 to a huge reaction! Ludwig Kaiser is then out at Number 3 followed by Carmelo Hayes before Andrade enters at Number 5! We then get more Champions added to the fray as the United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura comes out at 6 before Chad Gable and Damian Priest follow! This is actually where we get our first elimination of the match as Priest is able to get rid of Kaiser before Finn Balor returns to WWE TV to go after Damian at Number 9! Number 10 then sees the arrival of “Main Event” Jey Uso as Jey gets into the ring and manages to eliminate Andrade before the boos echo around Lucas Oil Stadium as Dominik Mysterio makes his way down to the ring! The boos don’t quite down either as Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods of The New Day come out at Number 12 and 13 respectively, and whilst this was all going on, Damian Priest was able to eliminate Shinsuke Nakamura! Bron Breakker also picked up his first elimination of the match as he was able to eliminate Chad Gable before Number 14 saw the arrival of Seth “Freakin” Rollins!
A couple more eliminations were to be had as Damian Priest was able to once again get the best of Finn Balor whilst Joe Hendry’s night came to an end at the hands of a devious “Dirty” Dom! Number 15 saw another fan favourite come down as Trick Williams arrived to have a really cool stare-down with Carmelo Hayes! Jimmy Uso was then out at Number 16, followed by Rey Mysterio before Rey and The Usos worked together to eliminate The New Day! Number 18 saw the arrival of Karrion Kross before Penta came out at 19 and ran wild, leaving just him and Rey Mysterio left standing! However, the wait for that fight must continue as Dominik Mysterio snook up from behind and eliminated his father as Sami Zayn entered at 20! When Sami entered the ring, Karrion Kross was barking words at Zayn to try and get in his head, but this just resulted in Zayn eliminating Kross (which Karrion smiled about)! Number 21 saw the arrival of Tama Tonga and he got nailed straight away with a Trick Shot, but this is when Trick got eliminated from the match by none other than Carmelo Hayes! It was then time for another huge entrant as CM Punk arrived at Number 22!
After CM Punk got in the ring and ran wild, Ethan Page entered at 23 to go after the man who cost him the NXT Championship! Seth Rollins was then able to put an end to Dominik Mysterio’s parade before Solo Sikoa entered at Number 24! LA Knight was out next, followed by Sheamus (who went straight after IC Champ Bron Breakker) before Roman Reigns changed the game at 27! Roman took out everyone in his path, chucking Tama Tonga straight out of the ring before The Tribal Chief came face-to-face with CM Punk! Before anything could escalate, Drew McIntyre’s music as The Scottish Psychopath entered the ring to give us an awesome 3-way fight before Drew sent a message to Roman by eliminating Jimmy Uso! This match was only getting bigger too as John Cena arrived at 29 to a huge ovation as Cena was quickly squared up by Ethan Page. Unfortunately for All Ego, this didn’t work out to well for him as he got dumped out by the 16-time World Champion before Bron Breakker got rid of Sheamus! The eliminations weren’t stopping there, though, as Solo Sikoa managed to eliminate LA Knight before Roman finished off his cousin for good as he eliminated Solo! We then got the final entrant of the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble, and it was none other than Logan Paul!
Despite being in from the start, it just wasn’t quite Bron Breakker’s night as the Intercontinental Champion was eliminated by Penta, but Penta’s night was also then ended by Logan Paul (to the dismay of the WWE Universe)! It then looked like we were set for a face-to-face between Logan Paul and John Cena, but Carmelo Hayes attacked Cena from behind to try and eliminate his fellow Boston native! However, Cena was able to turn this around and eliminate Melo before John was also able to dump out Paul as Logan looked on furious! We then got a great showdown between Roman Reigns and Damian Priest, and Reigns was just about able to win out and get Priest over the top rope before Drew McIntyre sent another message by eliminating Sami Zayn!
The Final 6 of the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble came down to John Cena, Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Jey Uso, Drew McIntyre, and Seth “Freakin” Rollins! Minus Jey and Roman, there were definitely no alliances here, but Drew did try to get Seth to team up to take out Roman and Punk! However, Seth went against this and just eliminated John Cena which was both a shock and brought anger to the Indianapolis crowd, but they were soon cheering again as Rollins was eliminated by CM Punk! Drew McIntyre then quickly realised that whilst he has a lot of issues with the 3 men left in the ring, they also have a lot of issues with him which led to Drew having a 3-on-1 attack! However, in another shocking moment, Roman Reigns was able to eliminate CM Punk to make it clear to Punk that The Tribal Chief doesn’t owe anyone anything, ever! Roman then turned around and was sent flying out of the ring by a Drew McIntyre Claymore as McIntyre had gone through 3 of the 4 members of The O.G. Bloodline, leaving just him and Jey Uso left! Both men went back and forth, trading blows and kicks, but eventually, after McIntyre failed to connect with the Claymore, Jey delivered a Superkick-Spear combo before he clotheslined Drew out of the ring meaning “Main Event” Jey Uso is your 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble Winner, lasting all the way from Number 10!
