The 2025 NFL Playoffs kicks off in style as the Houston Texans play host to the Los Angeles Chargers! The Houston Texans picked up the win in Tennessee last weekend and they’re about to enter the Playoffs for the second straight year! As for LA, they won in Las Vegas last time out and they’re aiming for their first Playoff win since 2019! In the end, I’m going to say that The Chargers edge it here! This is a really hard one to call, it’s certainly the game I’m most excited for, but I think LA will just have enough to win in Houston!
(10-7) Pittsburgh Steelers (6) @ (3) Baltimore Ravens (12-5)
AFC North Rivals collide as The Ravens host The Steelers in Baltimore! The Baltimore Ravens sealed the AFC North Title last week with a comfortable win over the Cleveland Browns and they’re making their third-straight Playoff appearance! As for Pittsburgh, they lost again last time out against the Cincinnati Bengals and they’re aiming to win in the Playoffs for the first time since 2017! In the end, I fully expect Baltimore to win here! Given how much The Steelers have dropped off recently, this should be pretty comfortable for The Ravens!
(10-7) Denver Broncos (7) @ (2) Buffalo Bills (13-4)
The Denver Broncos look to upset the odds when they head to Orchard Park to take on the Buffalo Bills! The Buffalo Bills’ rotated team lost in New England last weekend, but they were still comfortable when it came to winning the AFC East! Buffalo are about to enter their 6th straight year in the Playoffs! As for Denver, they thumped Kansas City 38-0 last week to earn their place in the Playoffs for the first time since 2016 (when they actually won the Super Bowl)! In the end, Buffalo should win this game comfortably! As much as it would be cool to see The Broncos go far, The Bills should be far too good for them!
(11-6) Green Bay Packers (7) @ (2) Philadelphia Eagles (14-3)
The first NFC Playoff Game of 2025 sees The Eagles welcome The Packers to Philadelphia! The Philadelphia Eagles were victorious over the New York Giants last weekend and they’re entering the Playoffs for the 4th-straight year! As for Green Bay, they lost at home to the Chicago Bears last time out and they’re making their second consecutive Playoff appearance! In the end, I think Philly will win here! The Packers have been struggling a little bit recently whilst The Eagles are really strong!
(12-5) Washington Commanders (6) @ (3) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (10-7)
Another fascinating Playoff tie takes place in Tampa Bay as The Buccaneers play host to the Washington Commanders! The Tampa Bay Buccaneers sealed the NFC South with a win over New Orleans last weekend and they’re making their 5th consecutive Playoff appearance! As for Washington, they picked up a good win in Dallas last time out and they’re looking to win in the Playoffs for the first time since 2006 (where they won in Tampa Bay)! In the end, I believe the Washington Commanders are good enough to win this game! It’ll be close, The Bucs can definitely win here, but I think The Commanders will just about edge it!
(14-3) Minnesota Vikings (5) @ (4) Los Angeles Rams (10-7)
The final game of Super Wild Card Weekend sees The Rams take on The Vikings at SoFi Stadium! The Los Angeles Rams’ second team lost against the Seattle Seahawks last time out and they’re looking to pick up their first Playoff win since they went all the way back in 2022! As for Minnesota, they lost their chance at the Number 1 seed in Detroit Sunday Night and they’re looking for their first Playoff win since 2020! In the end, I think Minnesota will win this one! The Rams can beat anyone on their day, I mean they beat The Vikings in Week 8, but I just think the visitors are too strong!
