Barcelona 4-0 Borussia Dortmund

Barcelona pulled out a stonking performance to smash Borussia Dortmund 4-0! After Gregor Kobel pulled out a decent save to stop Robert Lewandowski from scoring against his former club, Barcelona had the lead inside 25 minutes as Raphinha managed to “steal a goal” away from teammate Pau Cubarsi! Just 3 minutes into the Second Half, and Barcelona’s lead was doubled as Robert Lewandowski headed home from close range before Fermin Lopes struck the post! In the 66th minute, it was 3-0 as Lewandowski scored again before Lamine Yamal made it 4-0 in the 77th! Overall, this was a smashing performance from FC Barcelona! Barca go to Leganes before the Second Leg! As for Borussia Dortmund, this couldn’t have gone any worse for them! Dortmund go to Bayern Munich next time out before they look for a miracle!

PSG 3-1 Aston Villa

Aston Villa’s European Dream took a big hit as Paris Saint-Germain picked up a positive First Leg win! Vitinha had a good opportunity which he failed to keep down before Aston Villa had he lead in the 35th minute through Morgan Rogers! This was such a good team goal! Despite making a good save to tip the ball onto the post, Emiliano Martinez had no chance which Desire Doue’s next effort as the youngster lashed home a screamer to level the game back up just 4 minutes later! Just 4 minutes into the Second Half, and PSG were now in front as Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored with another fantastic strike! Achraf Hakimi then had a goal ruled out for offside, but in the 92nd minute, PSG had their third courtesy of Nuno Mendes! Overall, the goals from Paris Saint-Germain were absolutely top-tier! PSG now have a few days off before they head to Birmingham for the Second Leg! As for Aston Villa, that third goal will really hurt! Villa face Southampton next time out before their big home game!

Arsenal 3-0 Real Madrid

2 stunning free kicks resulted in a special Arsenal win at the Emirates! Kylian Mbappe had a good chance to give Real Madrid the lead, but he could only strike the ball straight at David Raya before Thibaut Courtois pulled out a great double save! In the 58th minute, it was Arsenal who took the lead as Declan Rice curled his free kick effort to perfection! Courtois then pulled out a couple more brilliant saves, but in the 70th minute, it was 2-0 to Arsenal as Declan Rice scored another free kick that was simply unsaveable! In the 75th minute, it was 3-0 a Mikel Merino finished superbly well before Eduardo Camavinga was sent off right at the end of the game! Overall, what a win this is for Arsenal! The Gunners host Brentford on Saturday before their trip to Spain! As for Real Madrid, they got outplayed here! Madrid go to Deportivo Alaves next time out before they look to pull off something special of their own!

Bayern Munich 1-2 Inter Milan

A terrific Inter Milan performance stunned Bayern Munich in the Allianz Arena! Harry Kane had a great chance to give Bayern Munich the lead which he somehow could only strike the post with before Inter Milan had the lead after 38 minutes thanks to a great goal by Lautaro Martinez! In the Second Half, Martinez had another chance which was saved by Jonas Urbig before Raphael Guerreiro came super close to equalising with a great volleyed effort! In the 85th minute, Bayern were finally back on level terms as Thomas Muller tapped home from close range, but it didn’t last for long as just 3 minutes later, Inter’s lead was restored as Davide Frattesi came up with a big goal! In the end, this is a disappointing result for Bayern Munich! Bayern host Borussia Dortmund on Saturday before they try to overturn the deficit in Milan! As for Inter Milan, this is a terrific result for them! Inter host Cagliari next time out!
