AFC Bournemouth pulled out another stunning display to decimate Nottingham Forest at the Vitality! After just 9 minutes, Bournemouth had the lead as Justin Kluivert struck well from long range! Honestly, Nottingham Forest’s defenders have to come out to Kluivert here! In the Second Half, Nikola Milenkovic had a decent opportunity which was decently saved by Kepa Arrizabalaga before Dango Ouattara made it 2-0 to Bournemouth in the 55th minute! Justin Kluivert then thought he’d scored again, but his goal was ruled out for offside only for Ouattara to score again in the 61st minute! In the 87th minute, it was 4-0 as Dango Ouattara completed his hat-trick after a poor bit of goalkeeping by Matz Sels before Antoine Semenyo scored in the 91st minute to make it Bournemouth 5, Nottingham Forest 0! Overall, this is another sensational performance and result from AFC Bournemouth! The Cherries remain 7th in the table and their next game is another huge one at home to Liverpool! As for Nottingham Forest, this was a very bad day for them! Forest stay third in the league and they host Brighton next time out!

After just 11 minutes, Liverpool had the lead thanks to a nice finish from Dominik Szoboszlai! In the 35th minute, it was 2-0 to Liverpool as Mohamed Salah added another goal to his tally before Cody Gakpo scored on the rebound to make it 3-0 heading into Halftime! In the 66th minute, it was 4-0 to the hosts as Gakpo headed home another one before Trent Alexander-Arnold struck the post! Ipswich then had a great chance to score which was saved by Alisson, but in the 90th minute, Ipswich did at least get one goal through Jacob Greaves! Overall, it’s another 3 points for Liverpool! The Reds remain top of the league and they close out their Champions League League Phase in PSV on Wednesday before they head for a big test away at Bournemouth! As for Ipswich Town, they were never going to get anything from this game! The Tractor Boys drop to 19th in the table and they host Southampton in a must-win game next time out!

Manchester City came from behind to pick up a massive 3 points against a disappointing Chelsea! After less than 3 minutes, Chelsea already found themselves in front as Noni Madueke scored after a terrible error by debutant Abdukodir Khusanov! Cole Palmer then had a great chance to make it 2-0 which he decided to pass to Nicolas Jackson instead (which was definitely the wrong decision) before Phil Foden smashed the post! Josko Gvardiol then had a great chance to score which he put wide before, in the 42nd minute, Manchester City were on level as Gvardiol tapped home into an empty net! In the 68th minute, Man City found themselves in front as Erling Haaland finished superbly after a poor bit of goalkeeping by Robert Sanchez! And then, in the 87th minute, Phil Foden capped off a great team goal to seal all 3 points for City! Overall, this Second Half performance felt big for Manchester City! City rise to 4th in the league and they face a massive week ahead at home to Club Brugge and away at Arsenal! As for Chelsea, they should’ve gone for the kill early on! The Blues drop to 6th in the table and they host West Hama next time out!

Southampton 1-3 Newcastle

Credit: Newcastle United

After just 10 minutes, it was Southampton who found themselves in front thanks to a really good header from Jan Bednarek! Newcastle were then awarded a penalty after Joe Aribo committed a foul, and it was Alexander Isak who stepped up and scored to make it 1-1 after 26! Just 4 minutes later, and Newcastle were in front as Isak scored again with a really cooly-taken finish! Alexander Isak then had a chance to complete his hat trick, but this his effort was saved well by Alex McCarthy before Sandro Tonali made it 3-1 in the 51st minute! This was a lovely move by Newcastle, but the defending from Southampton is non-existent! Jacob Murphy was then unlucky as his curling effort struck the post before Mateus Fernandes had a goal ruled out for offside! In the end, it’s another defeat for Southampton, but they can’t be surprised! The Saints remain bottom of the league and they go to Ipswich on Saturday in what is a must-win game for them! As for Newcastle, this is a positive result for them! The Magpies rise to 5th in the table and they host Fulham next time out!

Tottenham 1-2 Leicester

Leicester City ended their losing streak with a terrific win away at a horrendous Tottenham Hotspur! Jakub Stolarczyk made a couple of really good saves to keep the game at 0-0 (particularly his one to deny Heung-Min Son) before Son had another chance which he struck the crossbar with! In the 33rd minute, Tottenham finally had the lead as Richarlison headed home after a terrific ball in from Pedro Porro! Just 4 minutes later, and Leicester had the lead as Bilal El Khannouss was given plenty of time to pick his spot well! Pedro Porro then had a free-kick effort that deflected back off the crossbar, but that was all that Spurs created in the Second Half! In the 80th minute, it was 2-0 to Brentford as Kevin Schade headed home well before Crystal Palace quickly got one back in the 85th minute through Romain Esse! In the end, this is a disappointing result for Crystal Palace! The Eagles drop to 13th in the table and they head to Manchester United this weekend! As for Brentford, this is a great win for them! Danny Ings then came within a whisker of firing West Ham in front before Edson Alvarez was very fortunate to escape without a second Yellow Card! In the end, this is definitely 2 points dropped for Aston Villa! Villa stay 8th in the league and they face a big week at home to Celtic and away at Wolves! Pablo Sarabia had a decent opportunity which he failed to keep down before Kai Havertz came close as he headed just wide! Kai Havertz then had another great opportunity which he headed straight at Jose Sa before Myles Lewis-Skelly was shown a straight Red Card for a challenge on Matt Doherty! Honestly, this is not a Red Card, this was a really bad decision! In the Second Half, Havertz had another good opportunity which he again failed to score with before Matheus Cunha came within an inch of giving Wolves the lead! Wolves’ advantage was then over as Joao Gomes was sent off, and just 4 minutes later, Arsenal had the lead through Riccardo Calafiori! In the end, this was a missed opportunity for Wolverhampton Wanderers! Wolves now find themselves inside the Relegation Zone (in 18th place) and they host Aston Villa next time out!
