Tottenham 3-4 Chelsea
Despite being 2-0 down early on, it was Chelsea who ended up victorious over London Rivals Tottenham Hotspur! After a slip by Marc Cucurella, Tottenham had the lead just 5 minutes in through Dominic Solanke! Unbelievably, Cucurella slipped again as Dejan Kulusevski finished well to make it 2-0 to Spurs after just 11 minutes! Just 6 minutes later, and Chelsea had one back as Jadon Sancho scored a good goal before Moises Caicedo got very fortunate not to be sent off! I’m very surprised honestly! In the Second Half, Chelsea were awarded a penalty after Yves Bissouma made a stupid tackle on Caicedo, and it was Cole Palmer who stepped up and scored to level the game up at 2-2! In the 73rd minute, Chelsea found themselves in front as Enzo Fernandez scored again before the visitors were awarded another penalty as Palmer stepped up and panenka’d it home! Tottenham were able to get one back in the 96th minute through Heung-Min Son, but it ultimately wasn’t enough for them to pick up any points! In the end, it’s another crap result for Tottenham Hotspur! Spurs drop to 11th in the table and they face a big week away at Rangers and Southampton! As for Chelsea, what a win for them! The Blues remain second in the league and they go to FC Astana in the Conference League on Thursday before they host Brentford on Sunday!
Brentford 4-2 Newcastle
Sean Longstaff was unlucky as he smashed the crossbar for Newcastle before Brentford had the lead inside 8 minutes through Bryan Mbeumo! Just 3 minutes later, though, and it was 1-1 as Alexander Isak headed home well! Isak then had another great chance to score which was denied by Mark Flekken before Brentford were back in front in the 28th minute as Yoane Wissa scored following a poor pass from Harvey Barnes! However, just 4 minutes later, and Newcastle were back on level terms as Harvey Barnes made up for his earlier error! In the Second Half, Nick Pope did well to stop his team from scoring an own goal before Brentford retook the lead in the 56th minute through Nathan Collins! And then, in the 90th minute, Kevin Schade finished off well to wrap up all 3 points for the hosts! Overall, it’s another 3 points at home for Brentford! The Bees rise to 9th in the league and their next game is a tough one away at Chelsea! As for Newcastle United, it’s another loss for them! The Magpies drop to 12th in the table and they host Leicester next time out!

Jota Silva then came close as his headed effort came back off the crossbar before Bruno Fernandes did the same thing from a free kick! Just 2 minutes into the Second Half, and Nottingham Forest were back in front as Morgan Gibbs-White took advantage of a terrible pass from Bruno Fernandes to score after some woeful goalkeeping by Andre Onana! In the 54th minute, Forest were 3-1 up as Chris Wood after some shocking bits of defensive play from Man United! In the 61st minute, United had one back through Bruno Fernandes, but it wasn’t enough for them to get back into the game! In the end, this is a really disappointing result for Manchester United! United drop to 13th in the table and they go to Viktoria Plzen on Thursday followed by an away trip to Manchester City! As for Nottingham Forest, what a terrific win for them! Forest rise to 5th in the league and they host Aston Villa next time out!
Crystal Palace 2-2 Manchester City
After just 4 minutes, Crystal Palace had the lead as Daniel Munoz fired the ball past Stefan Ortega! Dean Henderson then made a great save to deny Erling Haaland before Ilkay Gundogan hit the post! In the 30th minute, Manchester City have their leveller as Erling Haaland wasn’t to be denied again! The ball in from Matheus Nunes is great! In the Second Half, Crystal Palace were back in front as Maxence Lacroix headed home after another bit of shocking defending from Kyle Walker! I can’t understand how he’s still Man City’s Captain! In the 68th minute, City were back level thanks to a great finish from Rico Lewis before Lewis was sent off for a second Yellow Card! Honestly, this is a terrible decision, this is a Manchester City penalty, so for Rico Lewis to be sent off is just absurd! In the end, it’s a point that Crystal Palace definitely would’ve taken at the start of the weekend! The Eagles remain in 17th spot and they go to Brighton next time out! As for Manchester City, they’ll feel very hard done by here! City remain 4th in the league and they face a massive week away at Juventus and at home against Manchester United!

Mads Hermansen pulled out a great save to tip Pervis Estupinan’s effort off target before Kaoru Mitoma missed a big opportunity after Evan Ferguson really should’ve shot! In the 37th minute, Brighton finally did have the lead courtesy of a terrific Tariq Lamptey strike! Bart Verbruggen then made a really good save to deny James Justin an equalising goal before Yankuba Minteh looked to have finished the game off in the 79th minute after showing really great composure! However, Leicester had one back in the 86th minute through Jamie Vardy before, in the 91st minute, Bobby Decordova-Reid tapped home from close range to rescue a dramatic point for the hosts! In the end, Leicester City will be very pleased with this comeback! The Foxes remain 16th in the table and they go to Newcastle next time out! As for Brighton and Hove Albion, it’s another result where they’ll be absolutely kicking themselves! The Seagulls drop to 7th in the league and their next game is a must-win at home to Crystal Palace!
Ipswich 1-2 Bournemouth
A late, late comeback secured a dramatic victory for AFC Bournemouth at the expense of Ipswich Town! Marcus Tavernier had a great chance to give Bournemouth the lead early on which he somehow failed to connect with before Ipswich had the lead in the 21st minute through Conor Chaplin! Ipswich then thought they’d gone 2-0 up, but the goal was ruled out for a handball before Tavernier had another great chance which he this time hit the post from! In the 87th minute, Bournemouth finally had their leveller as Enes Unal scored after some questionable defending from the hosts before, in the 95th minute, Dango Ouattara smashed home the rebound to nick a dramatic late winner for the visitors! In the end, this is another tough defeat for Ipswich Town to take! The Tractor Boys remain inside the Relegation Zone (in 18th) and their next game is a huge one away at Wolves! West Ham 2-1 Wolves
Joao Gomes had a great chance to give Wolves the lead which he poorly put wide before West Ham had the lead in the 54th minute through Tomas Soucek! What on earth were Wolves doing here? Mohammed Kudus then had a goal ruled out for offside to stop the game from becoming 2-0 before Wolves should’ve been given a penalty after Goncalo Guedes was clearly wiped out, but somehow, nothing was given! In the 69th minute, though, Wolves were level through a nice finish from Matt Doherty! However, just 3 minutes later, and West Ham were back in front as Jarrod Bowen got onto the scoresheet! Overall, this was a much-needed win for West Ham United, and that’s exactly what they got! The Hammers remain 14th in the table and they go to Bournemouth next time out! As for Wolverhampton Wanderers, things just aren’t going their way right now! Wolves remain inside the Relegation Zone (in 19th) and their next game is a critical one at home against Ipswich!
Fulham 1-1 Arsenal
There was nothing too separate London Rivals Fulham and Arsenal in a Craven Cottage draw! After just 11 minutes, Fulham had the lead thanks to a great finish from Raul Jimenez! Declan Rice then had a half chance which he dragged wide before Arsenal were level in the 52nd minute through William Saliba! I cannot believe they’ve been allowed to score from yet another corner! Thomas Partey then had a great chance to give Arsenal the lead which he headed just wide before Bukayo Saka thought he’d won it in the 88th minute, but the goal was ruled out for offside! In the end, this is a decent point for Fulham! The Cottagers drop to 10th in the table, however, and they go to Liverpool next time out! As for Arsenal, this will feel like 2 points dropped! The Gunners stay third in the league and they face home games against Monaco and Everton in the next 7 days!
Aston Villa 1-0 Southampton
Southampton had a couple of decent opportunities to score early on which they just couldn’t capitalise from before Joe Lumley made a save after originally giving the ball away in rather terrible fashion! In the 24th minute, it was Aston Villa who took the lead as Jhon Duran finished well after more poor defending by Southampton!
