Teams on Their Bye Week:
New Orleans Saints (5-5)
Indianapolis Colts (5-5)
Atlanta Falcons (4-6)
New England Patriots (2-8)
(5-4) Cincinnati Bengals @ Baltimore Ravens (7-3)
This week’s Thursday Night Football matchup sees a huge AFC North Collision as the 7-3 Baltimore Ravens host the 5-4 Cincinnati Bengals. The Baltimore Ravens suffered a disappointing loss at home to Division Rivals Cleveland last weekend, but they do still lead the AFC North with a good 7-3 record. As for Cincinnati, they suffered a shock defeat at home to the Houston Texans last time out and they currently sit bottom of the AFC North with an alright 5-4 record. In terms of my Prediction, I’m going to back The Ravens. This is a huge matchup in the context of Playoff positions in the AFC and it’s a game that The Bengals really can’t afford to lose. However, I think they will because Baltimore look like the better side right now.
(6-3) Pittsburgh Steelers @ Cleveland Browns (6-3)
The other two AFC North sides also collide in Week 11 as the Cleveland Browns host the Pittsburgh Steelers in a vital game for both sides. The Cleveland Browns picked up a huge win in Baltimore last weekend and they currently find themselves third in the AFC North with a pretty good record of 6-3. As for Pittsburgh, they were victorious at home to the Green Bay Packers last week and they currently sit second in the AFC North with the same 6-3 record. In terms of my Prediction, I’m going to pick Cleveland. The reason for this is The Browns are coming off a huge win at fellow Division Rivals and I think that should give them the confidence to go and beat The Steelers even without Deshaun Watson.
(3-7) Chicago Bears @ Detroit Lions (7-2)
The Detroit Lions picked up a big win on the road against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 10 and they currently lead the NFC North with a great 7-2 record. As for Chicago, they actually beat the Carolina Panthers in last week’s Thursday Night Football matchup, but they are still bottom of the NFC North with an unflattering record of 3-7. In terms of my Prediction, I expect Detroit to win this game easily. The Lions are a miles better team than The Bears and that should show on Sunday.
(4-5) Los Angeles Chargers @ Green Bay Packers (3-6)
The Green Bay Packers lost 23-19 in Pittsburgh last week and they currently sit third in the NFC North with a not-great 3-6 record. As for LA, they suffered a slightly disappointing defeat at home to the Detroit Lions last time out and they are currently third in the AFC West with a below-par 4-5 record. In terms of my Prediction, I think The Chargers will win this game. They certainly should anyway.
(5-5) Las Vegas Raiders @ Miami Dolphins (6-3)
The Miami Dolphins return after a loss in Germany and a Bye, but they are still leading the AFC East with a good 6-3 record. As for Las Vegas, they beat the New York Jets last Sunday Night and they currently sit second in the AFC West at .500. In terms of my Prediction, I’m going to have to go with The Dolphins. Miami are incredibly strong against “weaker sides” and The Raiders are certainly weaker than them.
(2-8) New York Giants @ Washington Commanders (4-6)
The Washington Commanders lost in a close game in Seattle last time out and they currently sit third in the NFC East with a slightly disappointing 4-6 record. As for New York, they got absolutely smashed by the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10 and they are currently bottom of the NFC East with a terrible record of 2-8. In terms of my Prediction, I expect The Commanders to win this game. Whilst Washington aren’t a Playoff-contending team, they’re certainly much stronger than The Giants who are a bit of a mess right now.
(6-3) Dallas Cowboys @ Carolina Panthers (1-8)
The Carolina Panthers went straight back to losing ways last time out (13-16 in Chicago) and they are currently bottom of the NFC South with an appalling 1-8 record. As for Dallas, they bulldozed the New York Giants 49-17 last weekend and they currently sit second in the NFC East with a decent 6-3 record. In terms of my Prediction, The Cowboys have to win this game. However, you do have to remember that Dallas lost to Arizona earlier in the year so who knows (I’m still picking them to win though).
