Luton VS Brentford

Luton host Brentford in an important game for both sides. Luton got thrashed 5-1 by Manchester City last weekend and they currently find themselves inside the Relegation Zone (in 18th place). When it comes to Brentford, they beat Sheffield United 2-0 last time out and they currently sit 15th in the table. In their previous 5 meetings, Luton have only won once whilst Brentford have won 4 times. For Luton Town, they need to get a win here. The Hatters are ranked 14th in GPG (1.4) and they currently have the third-worst home record in the league. As for Brentford, win this game and they should be safe. The Bees are ranked 13th in GPG (1.4) and they currently have the 5th-worst away record in the league.

Sheffield United VS Burnley

When it comes to Burnley, they threw away a win in a 1-all draw with Brighton last time out and they currently sit 19th in the table, some 6 points from safety. In their previous 10 meetings, Sheffield U have won 3 games whilst Burnley have won 4. For Sheffield United, it’s truly now or never for them! The Blades are ranked 20th in GPG (0.9) and they currently have the worst home record in the league. As for Burnley, they have to win this game. The Clarets are ranked 18th in GPG (1.0) and they currently have the 4th-worst away record in the league.

Wolves VS Arsenal

Arsenal head to the Molineux for a must-win game against Wolves. Wolves drew 2-2 at Nottingham Forest last time out and they currently sit 11th in the table. When it comes to Arsenal, they lost 2-0 against Aston Villa last weekend before they were knocked out of the Champions League by Bayern Munich and they are currently second in the league. In their previous 15 meetings, Wolves have won 3 games whilst Arsenal have won triple that. For Wolverhampton Wanderers, their European dream is starting to look like it’s just not going to happen. Wolves are ranked 14th in GPG (1.4) and they’re currently on a 5-game winless run (2D,3L). As for Arsenal, they have to get a win here. The Gunners are ranked 2nd in GPG (2.3) and they currently have the best away record in the league.

Everton VS Nottingham Forest

Everton host Nottingham Forest in another huge Relegation 6-pointer! Everton got smashed for 6 by Chelsea on Monday Night and they are currently 16th in the league. When it comes to Nottingham Forest, they drew 2-2 with Wolves last time out and they currently sit 17th in the table. In their previous 3 meetings, Everton have won once whilst there have also been two draws. Forest’s last win over Everton was all the way back in 1999 (1-0 away). For Everton, they have to take advantage of being the home side. The Toffees are ranked 19th in GPG (1.0) and they currently have the 5th-worst home record in the league. As for Nottingham Forest, this is a big test for them. Forest are ranked 16th in GPG (1.3) and they currently have the third-worst away record in the league.

Aston Villa VS Bournemouth

When it comes to Bournemouth, they controversially drew 2-2 with Manchester United last time out and they currently sit 13th in the table. In their previous 8 meetings, Villa have won 3 games compared to Bournemouth’s 4. For Aston Villa, you’d expect them to win this game. Villa are ranked 5th in GPG (2.1) and they currently have the 6th-best home record in the league. As for AFC Bournemouth, they’d take a point from this game. The Cherries are ranked 11th in GPG (1.5) and they also currently have the 11th-best away record in the league.

Crystal Palace VS West Ham

When it comes to West Ham, they lost 2-0 against Fulham before they were eliminated from the Europa League by Bayer Leverkusen last night. West Ham are currently 8th in the league. In their previous 23 meetings, both sides have won 7 games each. For Crystal Palace, they’ll fancy themselves here. The Eagles are ranked 17th in GPG (1.2) and they also currently have the 4th-worst home record in the league. As for West Ham United, they need to pick up a win here. The Hammers are ranked 8th in GPG (1.6) and they currently have the 7th-best away record in the league.

Fulham VS Liverpool

Liverpool go to Fulham with a chip on their shoulder following a difficult week. Fulham picked up a really good 2-0 win at West Ham last weekend and they currently sit 12th in the table. When it comes to Liverpool, they suffered a 1-0 home loss against Crystal Palace last weekend before they were knocked out of the Europa League by Atalanta last night. Liverpool are currently third in the league. In their previous 17 meetings, Fulham have won 3 games compared to Liverpool’s 11. For Fulham, they can definitely get a result here. The Cottagers are ranked 10th in GPG (1.5) and they currently have the 7th-best home record in the league. As for Liverpool, this is a defining game in their season. The Reds are ranked 3rd in GPG (2.3) and they also currently have the third-best away record in the league.
